Your data stays on your computer

Smart Accountant is installed on your own computer. All of your company’s data, accounts, invoices, customers and employees, is kept in a database on your computer. We do not see it or keep a copy.

What the program sends

The program sends your company’s data nowhere except where you choose: e-invoices and e-receipts to the Tax Authority, the cloud copy if you turn on sync, and questions to the AI service you choose if you use the assistant.

Licensing

Online activation sends only the license number and a fingerprint of the computer, to check and renew the license. No accounting data is sent.
